The Alta Badia chalets hosted Grana Padano at SunRisa

Our Grana Padano Selezione da Fieno was the guest of five refuges in Alta Badia during the iconic "SunRisa" event. All ski lovers have had the opportunity for one day to ski at sunrise, when the rock of the bare mountain is tinged with red and the snow is more beautiful than ever.

The moon is still high in the Badiota sky, the snow rests silently on the slopes and the Latteria San Pietro group is preparing to bring the Grana Padano Selezione for hay to the shelters of the Dolomites.

7.00 am

The sun has risen and its rays begin to strike the bare rock. We, young people from San Pietro, head towards the first refuge that joined the SunRisa event.
But what is the SunRisa? It is an event that takes place in conjunction with the ski world cup race; put on your boots and skis in the early morning, at dawn, and you can ski while enjoying the unique spectacle of the Dolomites. Five shelters have five different special breakfasts, studied with the nutritionist Dr. Iader Fabbri and, of course, our Hay Selection Grana Padano Cheese cannot be missing!

10.30 am

Our journey continues to the chalets of the Badiote slopes. Grana Padano is a recommended product in the diet of an athlete, and its presence in these mountain breakfasts becomes a very important source of proteins and essential amino acids, ready to be assimilated thanks to the aging of Grana Padano Selezione da Fieno for over 30 months. !! At this moment we are with the team of the Utia I Tablà chalet!

12.30 am

Grana Padano is the official sponsor of the ski world cup and today we compete here in Alta Badia, so we head towards the Gran Risa, the famous slope from which the name of the SunRisa event derives. Waiting for us we find Roberto Huber, Director of Alta Badia brand. Thanks to the friendship born between him and us at Latteria San Pietro, we have been able to give life to several projects: Sapori ad Alta Quota I and II, the charity auction for La Spona, and many others that are waiting to be carried out! The common denominator of our realities is the territory and the passion with which we want to enhance it.

An incredible De Aliprandini wins the second highest step of the podium! A fantastic victory that hasn't been celebrated for a while here in Alta Badia, who knows, maybe thanks to Grana Padano - just joking! -. But one thing is certain: W Hay Selection Grana Padano Cheese and W Alta Badia!
