Description

Description
Coppa is a fine cured meat obtained from selected pork cuts. In particular, it is obtained from the cervical muscle of the pig. The slices have an intense red color, with the white veins of the fatty parts clearly visible.

Features

It is enough to taste a single slice to enchant the palate: it has a spicy and slightly aromatic taste that balances perfectly with the sweetness of the meat. The fat makes it extremely soft and pleasant.

Our advice is only one, actually there are three: take, slice, taste!
The classic cutting board is the correct way to enhance such a precious product. It can be accompanied by a mustard flanked by blue cheeses and a good bottle of Lambrusco Mantovano.

Coppa
The Barilli salami factory in Viadana was founded in 1978 by the butcher Cesare Barilli. Today the three children continue their work with experience and seriousness in a modern factory. The salami production technique is that of his father Cesare: by hand and with passion.
